*4kV **0A Euro-type Elbow Connector
I. Application and Function:
Separable Elbow Connector is a fully shielded, molded rubber connector. It is designed to connect polymeric insulated cable to MV equipments, such as Transformers, Switchgears¼ŒJunction Enclosure etc. Also connects cable to cable, using the appropriate mating part. Section area is from *5 up to **0 mm2.
II. Characteristics:
i  The thick conductive EPDM jacket provides a total safe to touch screen which ensures safety for personnel.
ii  Each Elbow connector is tested for AC withstand and partial discharge prior to leaving the factory.

VII.Quality Control
i. Design and production quality system has been certified as being in conformity with the requirements of ISO ***1: ***8
ii. Each process has the quality testing work, the following process to check the before process work and record it which make the possibility to track the full manufacture.
iii. Each product should pass the strictly test of insulating resistance, AC withstand voltage, partial discharge and other electrical characteristic tests before leaving the factory.
iv. After milled, we will apply the vulka-meter to test the rubbers properties, such as vulcanizing property, hardness etc. Different products should use rubber with different hardness.
v. We have to test all the inner properties of the rubber each month and when we purchase from new suppliers. The properties include, ultimate tensile strength€Elongation at Break€tearing strength etc.
vi. Before applying the insulating rubber, the samples will be done withstand resistance test to ensure the correct of the applying rubber.
VIII. Experience
*3 years experience of Eruo-type Deadbreak Elbow Connector and more than **0,**0 pcs have been used locally and abroad. The products occupied *2 provincial administrative areas and provided products for numbers of transnational corporations locally. Whats more, they had been exported to Korea, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Brazil etc.
